PEP III
Expanding Your Understanding

For All Parents

In PEP III you will apply the concepts used in prior courses to gain insights into yourself, your values, your parenting, and your own behavior. PEP III teaches:

New and useful strategies for making better parenting and other life decisions
Ways to change a "cycle of discouragement" into a "cycle of encouragement"
The Adlerian concept of "lifestyle" (participants will explore their own personal lifestyle)
Ways to apply your PEP skills in the adult world, including workplace and personal relationships

Course length: Eight weeks

Prerequisite: PEP I or PEP Thriving with Teens
